Revenue Operations Manager
Finance Team

We are seeking a full-time, remote Revenue Operations Manager with 3+ years of marketing or revenue operations / analysis experience. As the first person in this department, you will manage all revenue operations, including the clients technology stack, reporting & analysis, and lead flow processes, across all revenue teams (i.e., Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience (CX)) as well as working cross-functionally (e.g., Finance and Product) to drive business efficiencies, strategic analysis, and growth.

We’re looking for a hands-on, analytical, data-driven leader to drive better understanding of marketing, customer success and sales effectiveness, inbound and outbound lead routing, scoring, nurturing, support, and customer health. This role will help the client’s Sales, Marketing, and CX teams make better decisions by developing advanced analysis on marketing spend, performance, sales success, and retention/churn

Responsibilities

  • Develop data analysis, methodologies, and modeling to uncover insights that guide Marketing, Sales and CX, including lead and spending performance by channel; sales pipeline modeling; customer expansion opportunities; drivers of support volume; and drivers of churn
  • Manage the revenue team’s tech stack, including owning setup, change management, and operation of the software and tools necessary to support sales, marketing, customer success and support activities, with Salesforce as the central hub. Other tools include Marketo, Chili Piper, Salesloft, Chorus, Zendesk, and ChurnZero
  • Support leadership in developing, understanding, and analyzing key metrics regarding marketing, lead generation, pipeline, forecasts, sales efficiency, retention, and other KPIs
  • Create and optimize lead scoring, lead flow, and distribution methodology to ensure quality leads are passed to the client’s Sales teams
  • Work with Finance to deploy quota / target allocation & assignments, including administering compensation for various teams
  • Implement data-driven, lead assignment rules that consider factors like lead source, territory, and expertise, enhancing conversion rates and response times
  • Develop and maintain the clients demand generation, sales, and retention data models for accurate and effective reporting

Required Experience

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication as well as data visualization skills
  • 3+ years of experience in a Marketing or Revenue Operations/Analyst role, preferably with experience working in marketing performance, sales operations, and data analysis
  • Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce and ChurnZero, with demonstrated experience in analyzing funnel metrics and developing recommendations that drive growth and customer satisfaction. Please be prepared to demonstrate your expertise!
  • Experience using analytics to drive company growth efforts, including increasing revenue, growing share, and other key business outcomes
  • Experience with small-to-medium business (SMB) marketing and marketing analytics
  • Collaborating with leaders across Marketing, Sales, and CX to drive results
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accountability, while also collaborate cross-functionally with exceptional intrapersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, unpredictable environment
  • Trustworthy, team-oriented, and transparent

Desired Experience

  • Experience at growth-stage organizations in the software industry
  • Experience with clinician environments including veterinarian clinics, doctor offices, or hospitals
